  Very impressed!
  
  This was my first time attending Rose Nails and I’ll admit that I was anxious after reading the very mixed reviews here on Google but I walked away incredibly happy.
  
  I walked in and was asked to sit down immediately and they allowed my partner to sit next to me (which not all places allow), the lady came over and handed my the shellac nail rings which I slowly looked through but I was really struggling to decide a colour, she wrapped my fingers in foil while I decided and she waited, she didn’t rush me to pick a colour or make me feel like I was an annoyance, the manager (I believe) even came over to try and help by painting different colours on her nails to help me decide.
  
  I had my nails painted with shellac and was really impressed with the care the lady took while she painted them, you could see she was trying to make it perfect, she cut my nails to the length I liked and was so gentle on my hands.
  
  The price for shellac was only $30! Cheapest in brisbane.
  I was very impressed with how I was treated and my overall experience.
  I will be back

  I went to this salon to get shellac and the next day the polish was already peeling off. I went back to get my nail fixed and assumed they would remove the polish and replace it but they put another layer of polish on top of my nail which caused it to be thick and bulbous instead and the polish itself was bubbly. The service felt rushed even though the salon wasn’t busy and they were unfriendly and uninviting.

  The service was really really lovely, super lovely and friendly people but the end result was not the quality I expected for the price /:
  It is $50 for the base acrylics which is fine with me, I'm happy to pay it.
  The crime polish was an additional $20 which they informed me prior and I agreed to with no issue, but the finished product was weird crooked shapes, the underside of the acrylics were messy, with bits of loose plastic hanging off. And I realised an hour after that my right pinkie had the incorrect sized nail attached and it and the polish doesn't fully cover my nail /:
  
  I have contemplated going back but I'm concerned that I will just receive the same quality result with only time wasted ):
  
  Again really lovely service and people but the results for $70 were lackluster

  Was a mistake to walk in, sadly my acrylics come out clumpy and uneven, thicker in weird spots. Was rushed and was served by three different nail techs taking turns and doing different things, part of why it ended up so uneven when the next one started working on a different nail, when the previous one wasn’t finished with the other nail. I’m glad that I picked a glitter so it’s not as noticeable, would look horrific otherwise.

  Visited with my mother today for a french mani and pedi for my birthday and had a wonderful experience. All the staff were amazing and even though it was busy we never felt rushed. The service was great and we were constantly asked for our opinion before moving on to the next step to make sure we were happy with our nails. What an amazing experience and I have never left a salon with nicer looking nails.
